Built by Trial Technologists
Designed by people who’ve lived in the trenches of litigation for 20+ years.
Why Genius Is Different
Most legal tech is built by engineers who’ve never sat through a deposition, fought a last-minute exhibit scramble, or watched a jury’s reaction frame-by-frame.
Genius is built by real trial technologists, we’ve lived case prep, trial strategy, and in-court pressure for decades. We design tools the way litigators actually work, because we’ve been in the hot seat ourselves.

Meet Blake Boyd
Co-Founder & Trial Technologist
For more than 20 years, Blake has been behind the screens and inside the courtrooms where cases are won and lost. Since starting in 1999, he has supported 400+ jury trials, including several that made national headlines, contributing to verdicts totaling billions.
Blake has built and led multiple litigation support companies – from solo operations to teams of 30+. Today, he owns the largest independent Court Reporting & Litigation Support firm in San Antonio, supporting hundreds of law firms each year.
With deep expertise in trial presentation, evidentiary playback, graphics, video editing, and strategy support, Blake has spent two decades solving the same problems attorneys still struggle with today. DepoGenius is built from that experience; turning real trial workflows into AI-powered tools that actually make sense.
The Trial Tech Team Behind Genius
Genius isn’t built by a single founder – it’s being guided by a network of trial technologists and litigation support pros who have, and continue to spend thousands of hours in real cases.
These are the people who:
- prep exhibits and presentations at 2 a.m.
- build timelines on-the-fly
- clean up video testimony
- support attorneys in the courtroom
Genius’ goal is to turn that expertise into tools that help litigators win more efficiently.
